Questions
- Who are you?
- A private company, Ice Comet LLC. We are not FMCSA or the U.S. Department of Transportation, and we are not affiliated with any government agency.
- Will you call me?
- No. New carriers get dozens of sales calls a day. We only ever contact you after you write to us, and by email unless you ask for a call.
- Can you file things with FMCSA for me?
- You verify your own identity with FMCSA and stay in control of your account. You review and submit your audit documents and sign any certification yourself. We prepare them.
- Is the checklist legal advice?
- No. It is general information built from the federal rules for the new entrant safety audit (49 CFR Part 385, Subpart D) and your public record. Your audit letter controls what you must send and when.
